The science

What makes bison different.

More protein per ounce than beef. Less fat than skinless chicken breast. The fat it does have looks more like wild salmon than feedlot cattle — high omega-3, low omega-6. USDA data, not ours.

We make sure every animal we sell was raised grass-fed and grass-finished with no hormones, no antibiotics, and no grain at any point. The label says what it says because we checked.

Our Story

Home ranch. Partner ranches. Same bar.

We raised our own herd on Memphis Ranch for years. Last year our family went through something hard, and we made the call to sell the herd while we rebuild.

That didn't change what we believe about how bison should be raised. We source now from ranches that meet the same standards we held ourselves to — 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, no hormones, no antibiotics, no grain.

Memphis Ranch is still home. The herd is coming back. And every animal we sell, whether we raised it or sourced it, meets the same bar.
